Rochester Hills, Michigan-based MVS Consulting ( www.mvs.us ), originally the online products development division of decade-strong technology and business consulting firm, CompuSystems, Inc., ( www.compusystemsnet.com .) spun-off on its own in 1999, in order to focus its efforts on the development of marketable workflow management product prototypes. The early adoption of Application Service Provider (ASP) initiatives, combined with its initial foray into the legal market, allowed for a full test-pilot to hit the market in 2002, and strategic analysis of potential larger uses within multiple related fields.

EMAXIMM is a product that saw its early beginnings in 2000, with the pilot program, Emaximm Liberty, to ease the burden of repetitive tasks for immigration attorneys. The combination of technical savvy and high-end consulting experience produced strength in business workflow for EMAXIMM's recent redesign (Empire Edition) to assist corporate users and achieve deeper resonation and usability with future customers.

MVS Consulting uses the priniciples of speed, analysis and targeting to develop intuitive internet workflow management for businesses. We aim to sharply focus and improve processes for small to medium-size companies by providing them with quality tools to save money and staff time spent on normally cumbersome procedures and paperwork. Our goal is to be the most recognized efficiency tool for enterprise workflow management.

Mathew Verghese is President and CEO of CompuSystems, Inc. with offices on 3 continents, currently celebrating over a decade of excellence. He is also owner of MVS Consulting, MVS Properties and Infofin. Mr. Verghese is a hands-on leader with over 20 years of industry experience in the information technology arena. Mr. Verghese holds two Masters Degrees (Applied Economics and Business Administration) from India 's most renowned institutions.

MVS Consulting is the products division that Mr. Verghese spun off from his global software services organization, CompuSystems, Inc. to address the needs of his customers in need of Online Dynamic Enterprise Workflow Management Solutions.

Ramesh Subramonium is the General Manager of MVS Consulting. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Masters in Business Administration. Prior to his position at MVS Consulting, Mr. Subramonium has worked with major Engineering Companies in India and the Arabian Gulf . He has more than 20 years experience at senior management levels managing Engineering Projects and Production facilities.
