A true task master, he has more than 23 years experience at senior management levels managing Engineering Projects and Production facilities. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Masters in Business Administration. Prior to his position at MVS Consulting, Mr. Subramonium has worked with major Engineering Companies in India and the Arabian Gulf .

He has over 12 years of industry experience in IT Technical Project Planning, which includes Analysis, Design, Development, Testing, Implementation of business and client-server applications including web-based applications etc. Manjulal has worked on wide project domains like Supply Chain management, Campus Automation, Web Applications etc. He has implemented SDLC projects based on various methodologies in multiple organizations and has done strategic process improvements using ISO. He has excellent knowledge in various security issues and Disaster Recovery Strategies. He has experience in Use Cases and UML, working with system architects and project executives to align the project for both business and technology. He has provided leadership and direction to project teams by understanding business processes, gathering requirements, identifying potential usability issues, managing scope, and ensuring that an appropriate level of application quality was maintained at all times.

He has more than 13 years of experience in Network Administration and Management and has achieved highly rated professional certifications in networking to his credit, including the MCITP Enterprise. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering. Prior to his position at MVS Consulting, he has served as a Network Consultant with major organizations in Cochin.
